Overview

MANASLU TREK WITH LARKYA PEAK CLIMB

This is a newly opened trekking region by the Nepal government for the trekkers. So it still has its unique and pristine nature that every Trekker can be amazed and exhilarated by. The diverse culture and tradition of Tamang and Sherpa make the tour fascinating and ever memorable.

This trek initiates from Gorkha along with Larke pass (5420 m.) and finally ends at Dumre after 21 days of trekking. Trekking around Mount Manaslu rewards you with an excellent opportunity to experience ecological biodiversity, majestic sceneries, and unique culture. Mount Manaslu trekking has been open for travelers since 1991 and it provides spectacular beauties along the border of Nepal and Tibet. Organized groups and special permits are required to gain entry into this region.

Manaslu because of its rich biodiversity has made this region one of the finest tourist destinations of Nepal for eco- tourism. The majestic Himalayan ranges, cultural diversities, high-altitude glacier lakes, and fascinating flora and fauna, are all the valuable natural assets of this region.

Larke peak follows Mt. Manaslu round trek. It is technically a difficult mountain to climb, requiring fixed rope, steep climbing using a jumper as well as very good climbing equipment.
